Introducing the Duck. We’ve reimagined our bestselling adventure-proof, water-resistant sport watch with an all-new design. Inspired by skin-diving gear—and of course, the feathered fowl who do it best.
The Duck features a stainless-steel case with a screw-down crown, unidirectional bezel, sapphire crystal, C3 SuperLumi-Nova on the dial and hands, and a new reimagined tropic style rubber strap with a basketweave texture. Flip the watch to reveal the custom caseback featuring a relief etching of the Duck’s namesake in action.
This sporting timepiece looks as good out of the water as it does in it—and it’s built for all of life’s adventures.

CASE
The Duck 1040 features thick sapphire crystal and screw-down crown to achieve a 10 ATM depth rating. The 40mm stainless steel case sports a unidirectional bezel.
DIAL
The sandblasted sunray black dial features multi-layer C3 lum stripe indexes. Semi-matte alabaster hands feature C3 lum. A pop of teal on the stripe indexes matches the seconds hand, which is accentuated by a shiny yellow tip.
PACKAGING
The Duck arrives in a wooden box to treasure. Built from premium wood, every Shinola watch box is designed to last for generations.
