LEE 101 CHETOPA WORKWEAR JACKET
Lee 101 brings us a matching Chetopa jacket and workwear chino for this Spring/Summer. An iconic workwear set, reminiscent of original Coca Cola uniforms. Made from a beautiful 10.5oz Japanese pinstripe herringbone twill cloth.
This worker's outfit was inspired by the 1930's, 40's and 50's Coca Cola driver & bottler uniforms, which were made by Lee. Back in the 1930’s, Lee’s uniforms for Coca-Cola delivery guys were neat and smart with head to toe stripes. The pants had a distinguished and unique feature, 2 patched on reinforced pockets to the side of the leg, to create a cushioned effect when carrying the coca cola trays. (As shown on the vintage photos and pictures we added for illustration).
The uniforms proved so popular that Lee made identically-dressed Buddy Lee figurines, cementing their iconic identity in popular culture.
A matching workwear chino is available too, if you want to wear the classic full kit.
